so pleased to have purchased only my second “signed by author” book, and to be getting 2 signings by author and your cover artist is great but most of all thanks for highlighting the TOMS shoes, never knew what it was so had a look and solved some Christmas present ideas-like the idea of a double giving. You have achieved quite the gift package here and I haven’t even got the book yet!
